- Survey among industrial companies – collecting data regarding: sector, process management, digital potential
- Audit
- Presentation of Industry 4.0 concept – benefits and threats
- In-depth interview – defining the competency gaps and areas for new technologies
- Analysis of production lines and individual departments
- Establishing the demonstration facility – “Industry 4.0 demo-lab”
- Presentation of Industry 4.0 technologies in the demo-lab
- Publishing the audit reports from the individual companies with the recommendation on possible Industry 4.0 solutions to improve the business performance
