• Competence profiles for Industry 4.0 Leaders and Advisors (defining the demanded set of skills, knowledge and attitude for the candidate and graduate of the programme)
  • Detailed defining and explaining of competences and skills of Leaders and Advisors, defining training path
  • Determining development for Leaders and Advisors with regard to their role in the company
• Analysis of other Industry 4.0 competence development initiatives
• Identification and analysis of existing Leader and Advisor Programmes in Poland and worldwide – assessment of efficiency
• Establishing the programme framework
• Consulting the framework programme among the ministerial experts involved in the Industry of the Future Foundation
• Arranging theoretical and practical workshops in the Industry 4.0 demo-lab
• Testing the efficiency of the programme based on:
  • strategy of digitization developed by the training participants,
  • survey
• Certification proposal
• Final audit
